Last week we paid a logmein pro license for a year but it still doesn't work. I can't connect to a remote computer. (There was a problem connecting to the PC. Please try again. Refresh) And when I click for example on billing, I got an error message: (Only the Account Holder can purchase subscriptions for this account.)
But the account it.support@**********cans.cz has been the owner since 2019, when we use logmein. Can you help us please?
