iMac Big Sur only shows 1/4 of the top left screen

I just installed Logmein into 2 new iMacs on Big Sur and can't access either one. The screen only shows the top left quadrant and I changing the resolution still only shows 1/4 of the screen. Both machines have scaled resolution (Largest Option) and I can't click or scroll the screen with the mouse.

I can see the top left menu with the apple -> Finder -> File -> Edit -> View -> Windows -> Help. When I click on it nothing happens.

If I try to change the resolution on the LMI Menu nothing happens.

Any Ideas?

System Preferences > General > set Prefer Tabs to never when opening documents.

Alternatively, run this on Terminal and restart Android Studio:

defaults write com.google.android.studio AppleWindowTabbingMode manual

This works while keeping the tabs active for other apps.

@asilver  Can you please confirm the Rescue software version running on the problem Macs?

Re: iMac Big Sur only shows 1/4 of the top left screen

Suddenlly today the desktop info is too large for the screen. My dock located on the bottom disappears if the top toolbar is displayed and I can get it to show only by putting the arrow at the bottom, at which time the top of the screen with all the icons disappears. And vice versa. Also, all of the info on the dock (bottom) and top won't fit laterally, e.g., to get the Trash to show I must slide the arrow so that the Finder and Launchpad on the left end disappear on the left.

@Danny9  What resolution is the desktop you connect to set at?

Did you recently update / upgrade the OS X?
