How do I cancel my subscription?

Please stop my billing and I dont want to pay it..and please change my account to trial

Online cancellation is not available for LogMeIn Pro at this time. To downgrade your subscription, you would also need to contact support.

    Pls let me know other way. Your Contact Us form don't have Korea nation number(+82) So I can't do this.

    I've just also filed for the cancellation of my subscription.
    I need to say that there is no simmetry between making and cancelling a subscription 😞

    I wanna cancel my subscription, I looked all ovee the website and theres no qay to cancel. I need rhat money in my account and your taking it deom me without even letting me cancel. I don't use this service anymore nor want it. Please cancel it and gave me that money back, I need that money.
