Hello I have searched and tried the various fixes to this problem and they have not worked.
I am logged in remotely and when I try to match my resolution it only allows me to set it to 1280x768 (left) and 1680x1050 (right). My host PC and my remote PC monitors are set at 1600x900. Also, when checking my display settings on my host PC it shows 4 monitors instead of 2. When I click on identify, it labels my screens as 3 & 4.
My LMI Client Version is 1.3.5282, Windows 10 Pro version 20H2
My LMI Host Version is 4.1.0.14512, Windows 10 Pro version 20H2
Any idea on how long it takes to get a response?
Hi @rmarzano
Can you also state what type of monitors you have there?
How are they attached physically to the machine?
Please let us know what PC model / video cards are in use?
Are you looking for the info for the remote PC?
Remote PC:
Display 1: LG HD Plus connected to NVIDIA GeForce GT710 1280x768 VGA
Display 2: LG HD Plus connected to Startech Trigger USB 1280x768 VGA
@rmarzano Do you remember if this was working properly before?
Is the host PC enabling the screen blanking function while you are remotely connected?
Yes
@rmarzano Can you try disabling Screen Blanking on the Host PC, then adjust the resolutions, before turning Screen Blanking back on again?
