I have a dual monitor set up that I access. I'm now finding that when I use the blank screen option I lose one of the monitors. It didn't use to do this. Has the been a change on the logmein side that is causing this?

Can you tell us what type of display you're using as the secondary monitor and how it is physically connected to the Host PC?

The crazy thing it has always worked fine up until 2 months ago. It is a computer in my office at another location. So what happens I have a dual monitor setup here and dual monitor at that location. I can see both screens like normal until I click blank screen then it goes to one monitor. It doesn't give me the choice in options for multi monitor it just give resolution options.

This might seem like a dumb question. The host is the one I operating from or the one I'm accessing?
