macOS Sierra client window doesn't open

I just upgraded to macOS Sierra and I am running into a weird problem with LogMeIn.

The application starts, everything is fine. However, when I click the icon to start a session with another machine. The window pops open for about a half a second and then closes again.

However, if I log into the web application, the window opens properly. It is pretty annoying, and I am dealing with it. I would just love for my desktop client to work again.

Any suggestions?

Re: macOS Sierra client window doesn't open

I don't know if this will work for you or not. But, it worked for me.

I hit the "Computer Info" icon that opens a window with information around the remote server. And pressed the "Forget Stored Credentials" button.

I think attempted to log in again, the window stays.

Not sure if this helps.

Anyone? Anywhere? It is really kind of annoying to log into the website to just open a window. Fairly frustrating.

I'm having the same problem and I have upgraded to Sierra last week.

Before the upgrade all was ok.

Re: macOS Sierra client window doesn't open

I know this is a dumb question but where is the Computer info button.  I can't find it on the Client or the dashboard. I have a Mac that I upgraded and now cannot connect from remote computer. thanks

Re: macOS Sierra client window doesn't open

It is the last icon in the row where you nornally open the remote computer. Looks like an I in a circle. (i)

Re: macOS Sierra client window doesn't open

Same here!  Mac Sierra upgrade broke LogMeIn client.  As of the moment, I believe that no upgrade has been released.  This seems to be a recurrent issue with LogMeIn on Mac.  One would think that the company would test a pre-release version of the Max OS and have an upgrade ready
