I do not like the new 2-factor authentication where you email me a code or I have to print a set of codes. It doesn't always work. Everyone else uses Google/LastPass Authenticator Apps and it worked great (and so did you until recently). You could set it up once and be done with it, making it very easy to log in to my remote computer. Now I have to wait for you to email me a code which sometimes takes several minutes to arrive if it arrives at all. This weekend I tried to log in multiple times and your system never sent the login email consequently, I was locked out of being able to remote in. What was wrong with the old system you already had setup up? It worked great from an end-user perspective.
