Hi. I'm getting an error after I start the "LogMeIn Rescue Technician Console".
When I connect to a remote host, I do click to start the connection and got the following error:
"Failed" on the remote control screen. If I click on Close, it start the remote but with a black screen on the remote. The user can see my mouse moving, but not me. After 10 seconds, I start to see the remote screen.

I believe that this issue was recently resolved with a new version of Rescue so I have opened a support ticket for you. Support will confirm if this is the case and help with upgrading your version.
