@c3informatica I'm sorry, that permission is not currently an Administrator setting that you can change.
I would like to reinforce the suggestion to include an option that allows the administrator to block the technician from making changes to his status because: When the status is changed to absent the technician does not receive calls which causes customers to be unattended and frustrated. Our client @c3informatica has been with Logmein for 8 years and this suggestion would positively impact their work. Could you help us? (Tatiane Araujo - Loupen Teconologia)
