I think you should uninstall the Tech Console and reinstall it from our Beta site. Because the current Live version of the Technician Console will crash before it has a chance to install the update.
@sbouchard Have you already tried a full re-install of the Rescue software?
Yes without luck. Uninstall and re-install.
@sbouchard Do you see any error messages?
Was this PC upgraded to Windows 10 from an older OS?
@sbouchard We have filed a ticket for this problem to be reviewed in full.
In the meantime, you should be able to download the Beta version of the Technician Console from http://beta.logmeinrescue.com/ as a temporary solution.
Tried the Beta and also not working. I found out that the LMIRTechConsole.exe file is not installing in the directory

I do not have any ActiveX installed
Do you use browser based Technician console or Desktop version of it?
