What is it?
- Rescue ensures Technicians using MS Teams can work efficiently and improve satisfaction of their end-customer by reducing their wait time for troubleshooting.
- Rescue for MS Teams, offers the possibility to create & share remote session process to troubleshoot end-customer issues from MS Teams Chat, instead of context switching on different portals.

How does it work?
- MS Teams users can download and install the Rescue app from the Microsoft App Source Marketplace.
- Once the Rescue account is configured to the Rescue app in MS Teams, Technicians can access the functionalities of the app.
- From the MS Teams Rescue app, Technicians can create and share a Rescue remote session with just one bot command.
- Technicians can also visualize all the active Rescue remote session queue information easily from this app on the Queue tab

- SSOID is not required if the MS Teams user email and Rescue user email are the same
- Integration currently does not support SSO-only login logic
