Purpose: This maintenance is to ensure and maintain system performance and stability.
Duration: All maintenance will be performed within the 2-hour maintenance window.
What to expect: During the maintenance window Rescue, Rescue Live Guide and Rescue Live Lens customers will not be able to use the following features: registration, technician, and admin login, access and change anything on the website (including purchases) and any action which requires session state change (start a new session, transfer a session, hold and close a session).
Existing sessions started and picked up will remain active and the technicians will be able to work on them.
