He is waiting for the confirmation and waiting and waiting and does not know why he is not getting a confirmation. Just a short message, when registering twice: "You are already registered" would be great! The layout is grey and doesn' look like the standard field for e-mail address. Report: Which device was used Hi! It would be quite interesting to have a row in the report which shows which device (App oder browser) the attendee used during the webinar! But we must use a very long formula (thanks to our IT guy) to convert from "1 hour 10 minutes" (standard format in Excel no possibilty to convert easily) to get "70" in the next column and to convert it then to percentage. It could be easier... Join time and leeave time is not useful if somebody logged-in and logged-out more than once. The start time of the webinar is not correct. We started with broadcasting at exactly 11.00 am. That would be the correct start time (also for attendees, it's not relevant for any statistics if they log-in half an hour before the webinar starts). The report shows that the webinar starts at e.g. 10.43 (when we logged-in and prepared everything in the background, BEFORE going live!) Kind regards, Karin No message when registering twice Hi! There is no message when someone registers more than once for a webinar with the same e-mail address. But the notification e-mail won't be sent twice. That's a little bit confusing, because somebody is waiting and doesn't get an e-mail because he was already registered maybe two month ago and has forgotten it. Thanks! SolvedCustom fields mobile version Custom registration field (text fields) are looking extremely "ugly" on mobile version. It's fine on a computer, but not on a mobile device. It seems very unprofessional!
