I am logged into my office computer via my laptop at home.
I receive voicemails in my e-mail and I can't hear them when I play them. I can't hear anything, i.e. You tube on websites, etc either.
The sound on my laptop works fine. I can log into my e-mail through the web from my laptop and can play and hear my voicemails.
My office computer volume plays normally when I'm sitting at my computer at my office.
I've ran the troubleshoot on my laptop and my office computer and can't figure out the problem. I'm not a Techy but I can follow directions.
Help!
