Welcome to our July Monthly Update! Our team has spent the last few months holding customer interviews and we noticed a common theme – our customers need a little help finding the answers to their questions. We decided that this month, we’d share the best way to get help, or find the answers to the questions you have about the latest version of GoToAssist. Here are the top three places to go for self-service help. (Of course, you can always give us a ring if you prefer!)
1. GoToAssist Resource Center
We encourage you to bookmark the GoToAssist help site. The help site is a great resource for customers who like to self-serve and find answers on their own. In addition to having answers to the most frequently asked questions, the help site also includes many articles explaining how to get started, an overview of features and how they work, and details about your account and billing. From this page you can also navigate to the community or look in to recent release notes.
2. Free Training Program
Did you know that as a GoToAssist customer, you have access to our free training program? This program, developed by our Customer Success team, offers two different on-demand video trainings, a training for admins, and a training for agents. This is a great resource if you are looking for a basic 101 overview, or for training new employees who need some help getting started with GoToAssist. Register for the free training program here.
3. The GoToAssist Community
The GoToAssist Community is a community where members can ask and answer questions about GoToAssist. It is a great place to learn and connect with other knowledgeable customers, get help using the product, and offer your feedback. Check out the community if you are looking for tips or best practices from customers with a similar environment to you.
Tip of the month:
Did you know that searching for devices can be made even easier by using labels? A label is a custom attribute you can apply to your unattended devices, so that these devices can be searched for as an arbitrary group. Learn more about using labels here.
