What's Improved?
Emailed Report Data Now Sent as a CSV File Attachment
- Agents that create emailed reports (either via email schedule or a one-time email) for incidents, problems, changes, releases, and knowledge articles will now receive a CSV file as an attachment within the email that contains their report data. Previously, report data was sent in an inline format within the body of the email. (GTASD-1721)
