- Changes were made to add unattended support to the new RescueAssist offering. Learn how to get started.
GoToAssist Remote Support Re-branded as RescueAssist
- Same great product, now with a new name! GoToAssist Remote Support customers now have access to RescueAssist, a new web-based agent console (as well as a new brand identity) that represents substantial improvements to our current service. To get started with using RescueAssist, click Try Now on the banner at the top of your Dashboard.
- You may have noticed that GoToAssist Remote Support has now been re-branded as RescueAssist in the following places:
- My Account page at https://myaccount.logmeininc.com
- Billing Center (including invoices, going forward) at https://billing.logmeininc.com
- Admin Center at https://admin.logmeininc.com
- Aside from a new name, there have been no other changes made to the desktop, mobile, and Web apps – so you can continue to use the same great service you have come to rely on and expect.
