Highlights
- Fixed: Agents running macOS Catalina can generate a support key successfully on the latest version (v4.8, b1692) of the GoToAssist Expert desktop app. For agents hosting support sessions using the GoToAssist Expert desktop app v4.7, b1673 on macOS Catalina, please see the available workarounds.
- Note: All earlier versions of the GoToAssist Expert desktop apps (v4.6, b1624 and below) are not supported on macOS Catalina.

- Fixed: Agents can successfully connect to an unattended Mac even if there is no user actively logged in to a user account. Previously, the agent would encounter a black screen on the expert side, then see a "Customer has left the session" message.
- Fixed: Agents can now end support sessions even if their agent account is not assigned to a device group.
- Known Limitation: Agents will continue to see the GoToAssist Expert and Customer desktop apps in Light Theme, even if they select Dark Theme in their macOS display settings.
