Highlights
- Removal of customer portal login in some feedback emails
- Removal of Change Type field if no values are present
What's Improved?
Removal of Customer Portal Login in Some Feedback Emails
- If a customer portal is not used when the customer creates an incident (e.g., incident is created via email), the feedback email notification that is sent upon incident closure no longer contains customer portal login fields. Previously, these login fields were displayed in feedback emails even if a customer portal was never used for creating incidents. (GTASD-1845)
Removal of Change Type Field if No Values are Present
- If there are no default values configured in the Types settings for the changes within a service, the Change Type field no longer displays within the change record. Previously, the Change Type field was present with an unusable drop-down menu even if there were no values configured. (GTASD-1846)
