Capture Presentation Slides from Meeting Recordings

Organizers can now choose to have GoToMeeting automatically capture the meeting presentation and generate a PDF of all shared slides during th meeting. Both organizers and attendees can then use the slides as visuals to efficiently navigate the recording and transcripts (if enabled). Learn more.

1. Enable Meeting Insights in your settings.
2. Host and recording a meeting.
3. After the recording has processed and saved, click Meeting History and View recording & transcript of the desired meeting.
4. Click the Download icon above the video and Download Slides PDF.
5. A "slidedeck" PDF file will download onto your computer.
6. Send the recording link to attendees so that they can access and download the PDF along with the recording and transcript (if enabled).
