What's New?
New GoToMeeting (Limited GA)
- The GoToMeeting desktop app has been given a new look and feel! If your account has been enabled for the New GoToMeeting, you can turn it on by opening your Preferences and checking the Test the new GoToMeeting user interface box. Learn more here.
- Note: This version of GoToMeeting is only available to some accounts and new and trial users. To sign up, fill out the screener survey here and jump into the new GoToMeeting!
- Limited GA now supports the following features:
- Call Me
- Ability to shrink Windows Control Panel to Grab Tab
- In-session audio help and tooltips
- Unmute Assistant
- Improvements to webcam layout
- No Audio icon
- Improvements to Mac Chat pane
- Ability to detach camera viewer when presenting from Mac
Bug Fixes & Minor Changes:
- Cosmetic fixes to Audience View (New GoToMeeting)
- Presenters cannot resize cameras horizontally in the Control Panel (New GoToMeeting)
- Removal of "OpenVoice Integrated" references
- The GoToMeeting desktop app on Windows will restart when a new version is available
- Pre-session audio selection will override the "Join Muted" preference
- The "Test the new GoToMeeting user interface" checkbox has been moved from the General tab to the Meetings tab in Preferences (New GoToMeeting)
- Fix for lit Camera feed when webcams were disabled in session (New GoToMeeting)
- Fix for users unable to easily filter webcam feeds
