New Download Option in Launch Flow (Windows Only)
- If the GoTo Opener is launching a user into a GoToMeeting, GoToWebinar, or GoToTraining session and it encounters an issue launching the desktop app, the error message that appears will now provide users with an option to manually install the software. They can click Download to download the g2minstallerextractor.exe file onto their computer, then run the EXE file to install the GoToMeeting desktop app. Once the software has been installed, they can then try joining or starting the session again.
