Attendee waiting room language issue

Hello, could you please address this issue? We have a big webinar in two working days?

I am able to reproduce the problem simply by scheduling a new webcast and joining as an attendee in-browser. 

Again, only the in-browser attendees hear the voice announcements in German; app users in English.

Am I missing some obvious language setting somewhere?

We have a pan-European webinar in one week with 1000+ attendees and it would be really nice to resolve this beforehand. Thanks!

The webinar was a webcast, and it was not a duplicate of another webinar. 

Only people connected as attendees--in-browser--heard the announcements in German. We, the organizers, heard it in EN. 

If the attendees were using a corporate VPN with servers located in Germany, say, could this have affected things?

Could you please share how the webinar event was scheduled (what type of broadcast), and if it was copied from another webinar at any time? 

I see that other users have experienced the same in the past. Any response?

Can the language of the voice announcements in the waiting room be set by organizers? Or can the announcments be turned off completely?

During a recent webinar with 15 attendees--none located in German-speaking countries or on devices with DE settings--the voice announcment was inexplicably in German. 

Dashboard settings were in EN.

I just want to jump in here - our dial in is set to United States and we still have the spanish voice issue.
