Billing Portal

I have tried to access the billing portal today but it keeps showing the following. 

 

I tried to contact support but it doesn't show any email/chat options.

 

It says " Error

ACCESS DENIED. Please click here to logout and try again. "

 

Any one knows something about it?

    Hi Kport ,

     

    Welcome to the GoTo Community.  

     

    It may have to do with permissions. Are you the super admin? If so can you try signing into admin.goto.com from incognito window and see if you can gain access. Let me know how it goes.

      Hello,

       

      Yes I managed to log in using incognito. we only have 1 accounts and it's as super admin.

       

      There is nothing showing under billing - subscriptions/invoices/payment methods

        Hi Kport ,


        I took a look at your account and it appears to be a corporate account, which don't typically appear in the online billing section, specifications should be in your contract. 

         

        It appears you are up for renewal in November, if you would like to make alterations, you should contact sales.

    Hi Glenn,

     

    Nothing has been fixed so far. Please send over the invoice and a payment link for us to renew or fix your portal. We'd like to get this sorted ASAP as it's been a month just to pay a single invoice.

    Hi yes,

    managed to log in. I need you to please send me the invoice for this year, and the invoice for the upcoming year. These are not showing on the portal. There are some invoices showing but i'm not sure if they're correct and none are showing as paid.

        Please treat this as urgent and take care of it this week. I have been chasing for months and it's ridiculous. You have a great product but terrible customer service.

         

        I even requested a callback and was never phoned and there is no email/chat support.
