Getting Charged 10DLC Recurring Fees and not even SMS approved - CHECK YOUR BILL!!

Hello GrassHopper Support Team,

I was recently reviewing my past bills and I am being charged several 10DLC recurring fees on every bill since starting the SMS vetting process. I am not approved to do SMS although I have tried at least 15 times, yet I am still being charged the reoccurring fee. I am okay with the one time vetting payments. 

We reviewed our yearly invoice this morning and to our surprise there were 6 charges for $18 for the 10DLC recurring fees. We have one phone number and account. Support team on the phone knows nothing and bounces you around departments. I would like to be refunded for all the reoccurring fees (~$120) as I am not using the service, nor I am approved to use this service and I want to have this service removed from the account immediately.
