Mark incoming texts as Unread, Flag for followup, categorize, etc.
On windows desktop client app. This seems like a feature that should exist for team collaboration.
Our business is transitioning this year to be very text-friendly, however tracking conversations seems to be difficult because our manager will screen incoming texts, and have no way to assign conversations to team members using flags, categories, or marking it as unread so that we know to follow up. Is this a feature that exists and I'm just not finding the option, or this something that can be added to a feature request list down the line?
