Can I cancel last purchase and repurchase with different credit card?

Hi,

I'm a user of Logmein, and Hamachi VPN. I use Hamachi VPN on an annual subscription.

Last week, my subscription fee for this year was automatically paid, but the credit card used to pay was a discarded card connected to a now-dead bank account. Due to various circumstances, I am unable to change the card settings, so I would like to cancel the payment and change it to a new, valid credit card.

However, it is difficult for me to make inquiries overseas from the country where I currently live, so I would like to handle the matter by email if possible, but I do not know the email address of the support team. What should I do in this situation? I am very worried that my credit will be ruined due to late payments on my credit cards.

I would be grateful if anyone could provide some help.
