I want to cancel hamachi auto renewal. but phone number is wrong (Japan)

I want to cancel the automatic renewal of Hamachi.

 

I attempted to cancel my Hamachi subscription.
However, both phone numbers on the website were incorrect and I was unable to proceed further with the cancellation. (I called from Japan)

I want to cancel my order by email.
