I'd like to cancel my subscription.

Hello, I am Korean.
I'd like to cancel my subscription.
I would like to get a refund for the details of the payment made on October 30, 2024.

However, there is no way I can cancel it on the site myself.
I can't call you because I can't support you in Korea, but if there's any way, please do it.
