hamachi cant ping from my friend but connection is established?

I cant ping from my friend but we can play online together. Its strange why when i try get ping from him i have requested timed out but when starting the game we are connected together and can play!?...

When i start pinging from my friend some seconds i can receive ping and some seconds disconnect . plz look at this screen. 

 

 Randomly I can receive ping and then request timed out. how can i fix that?
