GotoWebinar API TimeZone

The timeZone string in the API will not adjust the time of the webinar automatically, it is more cosmetic in nature, such as what is shown in the invites and in the Dashboard. The API only understands UTC time. You must adjust the startTime and endTime to match what actual time you want the webinar to take place.
