GlennD Remote machine is Windows 11 and Mac OS Ventura 13.4.1. I was connecting to Remote from my Mac.

Hey Ketki,
Can you please try updating your G2P host app version? We have set you up for a latest app upgrade. You should be able to do by going to host machine, click on GoToMyPC tray icon, right click on it. Click on "Check for updates" and click on yes for upgrade pop-up.
