Connection by browser only?

So I can only connect via the browser of late and oddly, when I disconnect from my remote computer, the remote backs out of all access to a login screen.

 

I use the software to control my kids access to a specific pc, so when I disconnect they cannot access the PC despite me signing them in.

 

Additionally I can only connect by a web browser.

 

Any ideas?

    Hi MattRossEsq, welcome to the community.

     

    If you have screen blanking enabled it sounds like the session isn't ending cleanly and the screen is remaining blanked out? What operating system is the host/remote computer running?
