Hi awphillips, AdminLife thanks for your report. There are currently no outage reports with GoToMyPC. Is this still occurring? Once you restart, is it resolved? Do you receive any error messages or is there anything else unusual occurring? Thanks again!

KateGThis is a bit of a rant, but just spent 5 hours frantically trying to get my users connected to their PCs and need to vent. I have a 120 PC Corporate plan, and being told to restart services or re-install applications on hundreds of PCs is infuriating. I think we deserve an explanation as to why these service issues are occurring. Do you have a QA team? How are you testing? What are the root issues that cause these service disruptions? There's just no way I can recommend any LogMeIn or GoTo products to my colleagues, at least while not knowing what the issue is, what is being done to fix it, and then going a significant amount of time without service disruptions such as these.

It’s almost as if GoTo doesn’t want to be a critical part of the infrastructure and can’t manage any stability whatsoever.

I have 20 PC most are having the same issue.
Restarted/reloading software/ doesn't solve the issues.
When you are on a business trip this stinks.

There's definitely something going on. I just had a new computer freeze mid-session and now I cannot reconnect even though I have rebooted it. I have another existing connection working just fine.

Another user with same issue. Asked them to click the restart GoToMyPC option. Didn't' work. I had to connect to their computer and restart the service before they were able to connect.

Hi KateG . Yes, the issue is still occurring. Restarting seems to resolve the issue. Users are reporting with pictures of the "A connection could not be established. There may be an issue with your host computer." message. There are no error messages on the host PCs or other unusual behavior.

Restarting the GoToMyPC service seems to fix the issue, but that is generally a once or twice a week sort of thing. I've had several just this afternoon. Not normal.
