Error

After logging in to the website using credentials I face an error with a pop-up that reads: "Setup Error - GoToMyPC Sorry, GoToMyPC Setup could not be started [2]. Please install GoToMyPC by clicking either the 'Add Computer' button or 'Reinstall Host Software' link on the web page." 

 

I have a PC with a version of Windows 11 Home single language. Please help me to resolve this problem as I am lagging with my works.

    Yes, I am getting this error every time I am installing. I have active firewalls.

    Hi PayalPayal, welcome to the community.

     

    Does this error happen every time you try to install the GoToMyPC Host software? Do you have any 3rd party antivirus or security software running on this PC?
