Just Windows 10 updates only. No new software is installed.
- I see that screenblanking is disabled for you. It's either disabled by your IT administrator or by you on host application.

In Preferences >Security> under Security Features, Blank Out screen while connected option in enabled. ( this was working for more than 5 years.) Now it stopped working.
Note: I am the system administrator.
Any other thoughts?
