Graphics disappear when monitor is off or disconnected

We have a medical imaging workstation that shows advanced graphics (3D scans of patients) using an NVidia Quadro M4000 for display and an Nvidia Quadro M5000 for GPU compute.  We have a Wacom 27 QHD ...

Hi CyberAccess welcome to the GoTo Community, 

 

If the monitor is connected to the video card that should be rendering the missing images and the images are only displayed when the monitor is on, it sounds like it may be an issue with the application since GoToMyPC is still showing the screen when connected, but some of the elements are blank/not being rendered when the display is turned off.


Instead of turning the monitor have you tried enabling the screen blanking feature in GoToMyPC?
