Incompatible with macOS Catalina
I've reviewed several threads on this, but can't seem to find the answer. How do I get GTMPC to work with mac OS Catalina? Thank you.

Thanks, AshC.
After many attempts at deleting files, only to have it reinstall 2199, they finally came across a solution - instead of "upgrading" to the newest version a tech dialed in to my work computer, uninstalled GTMPC and reinstalled it. This caused an upgrade to a newer version and it now works.
Not sure why, but the deleting of the files above and those identified by the tech before uninstalling, didnt work. It kept installing 2199. The thing that solved the issue was upgarding the version.
Thanks to all that chimed in.

Hi SELDOMUSED
The user Library is hidden from normal view in Finder.
- Click Finder in the Dock
- Click Go
- Hold the Alt/Option key
- Click Library (between Home and Computer)
- Drag com.logmein.GoToMeeting.plist to the Trash bin
- Empty the Trash

I tried the suggestions on this thread, but failed to connect to my Work Host PC.
- My remote home desktop is Mac with OS Catalina 10.15.6.
- I followed the steps but cannot find any PLIST file.
- I downloaded a new GoToMyPC Viewer but same result (removed GoToMyPC Viewer 1875, logged into Web, pressed Connect which background dpownloaded a new GoToMyPC file and same 1875).

I struggled with the same thing...as I mentioned above, the only thing that worked was uninstalling and reinstalling GoToMyPC. See below for details.

Updates.
My remote home Mac is working now, can access my Host Work PC. What I did:
- I upgraded the Host Work PC's GoToMyPC version
- On my remote home Mac...
- I deleted folders/files GoToMyPC (a) Viewer (1875) and (b) Opener
- Signed In to my GTMPC account through the web
- Normal connect to my Host Work PC
- GTMPC prompted me to download GTMPC Viewer (2714)
- I downloaded and installed
- Web access successfully connected to the Host Work PC
Thanks.
