macOS Tahoe 26.1

Is anyone having issues? I can connect and see the Mac screen, but that is all. I have a ticket open with support but wondering if anyone has also had this issue, or figured out a workaround. Thanks

    Hi Fletchesus, I got word this morning that we plan to release an update this Wednesday that will correct this issue.

    Hi Fletchesus, welcome to the community.

     

    If the Host MacOS was just updated to Tahoe you may need to confirm the Security and Privacy settings again so that GoToMyPC can control the mouse and keyboard. 

    1. Select the Apple Menu icon.
    2. Select System Settings.
    3. Select Privacy&Security.
    4. Scroll through the Privacy&Security list and select 
    5. Accessibility, then Screen and System Audio Recording
      Look for and enable g2p_launchagenthost, GoToMyPC, GoToMyPCUnattended
