MS Word VBA Error

We have some Users utilizing GoToMyPC for remote work but some MS Word Macros are producing the Error number 4605 "This method or property is not available because a document window is not active" when attempting to Insert a File using either the InsertFile function or Copy and Paste functions.

I find it very strange that this Error only occurs for Users using GoToMyPC since it's function should only be happening on the remote desktop and the Document Window should not be losing Activity.

Does anyone have any ideas what might be going on?
