Multiple monitor issues - HELP

I was able to get it off of my laptop screen...now I have it on my left screen but when I do shift + maximize...I get only partial on my right screen. Both setting are the same, both home and office

I do not have the exact same setup as you, but I was able to test and see both of my host computers monitors at the same time in the viewer window by resizing it. Could you please try connecting to your office computers and then resize the GoToMyPC viewer window by clicking on a corner and dragging it out? If the same issue happens with the second monitor not showing correctly I think a call to our toll-free support to troubleshoot will be needed.
