"Ready but offline"
My LogMeIn was working fine until today but now receiving error messages that I am offline and that I should "Check [my] network connections." I am most certainly online but the software refuses to acknowledge or recognize it. I was even being blocked from getting into GoTo pages and help menus. There are no posted service issues. Was there some change in the last 24 hours that would violate my settings? How do I reach a HelpDesk to address this?
