I have tried several disconnect/reconnects and several reboots of both the host and the client machines. Nothing has helped today.

Hi,
While we have not identified any service issues at this time, we have made some adjustments to balance traffic to our servers. We will continue to investigate and review reports of slow connections.

Thanks for the update. I am happy to say that the connection is working better today. Hopefully things are fixed now.
