MAC : /Library/Logs/com.logmein.GoToMyPC/
Viewer Logs :
Windows : C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\Temp\LogMeInLogs\GoToMyPC\
MAC : ~/Library/Logs/com.logmein.GoToMyPC/

Thank you. I have pulled, zipped, and uploaded these log files to the ticket I have open.
