User can't connect from Macbook to Win11
One of my users recently updated software to the latest MacOS on his home laptop. He can get in to Gotomypc and connect to the Win11 box remotely but can not control anything. If he connects via a Wi...

With MacOS normally only the GoToMyPC Host software needs to be granted access in the Mac Privacy and Security settings. I've double checked my own MacBook and the only place that the GoToMyPC Viewer is listed is Privacy & Security > Local Network. I would ask your user to check this on their Mac and make sure that GoToMyPC Viewer set to allowed access.

I appreciate your answer and wish I could report on it one way or the other. unfortunately I got an email shortly after reading your message- "Third time is a charm. It is working fine now." He hadn't changed anything, just waited and tried again. thank you anyway.
