I'm having the same issue. I have hundreds of corporate users, and a bunch of them are having this issue, today and earlier in the week. What's the solution?

GoTo Support today said the latest release should fix this. Maybe go in and force a client update on the host machines? That worked for me in our environment.

Happening for us too. Started yesterday and is continuing today. I checked for updates on my host computer and it indicates that I am up-to-date. Any other suggestions?

You'll need to contact GoToMyPC then and have them push out the correct/fixed client to your enviornment.
