Background Noise During Session
We had a recent training where because we could not get everyone to enter their pin we had unbearable background noise that caused the training session to be cancelled. It does not appear that we can mute anyone until they have joined the training and entered their pin. We may be going to only recorded trainings if we cannot resolve this issue. Any suggestions?
- Hi AMTADMINThanks for additional details and testing out on your end.Organizers can mute callers that dial in, do not join through the software and enter a PIN, they are listed as Caller 01, Caller 02, etc. If it's grayed out for an organizer, it should mean that they are already muted, so I don't think the issue was coming from them.I can understand if multiple people came in unmuted it would cause a lot of noise that may be hard to pinpoint. Did you try Mute Everybody in your Settings to mute all that entered, and unchecked Allow Everybody to unmute?
