Excusing an Attendee
I've noticed that occasionally, I will not be able to excuse an attendee during a training session. Is there some reason for this?

I deliver classes on my agency laptop. I usually launch through the desktop app either from the office or remotely from home using our VPN. We do require our students to attend on their laptop/pc and not a cellular device because we seem to have reporting issues with those.

galmind thanks for getting back to me.
I've not been able to replicate this on my end, a couple more questions:
- Are you using the new GoTo app or the classic version?
- When You click on excuse does anything happen? Is excuse still visible?
- How regularly does this happen?
- If you would like to PM me the Training ID when this happened and the name that you were unable to dismiss we can ask the product team to take a look. To PM click on my username KateG on the left, in the next screen the top right you will see the option to Message Me

What I'm finding is that individuals who are logged in on multiple devices seem to be the ones I cannot excuse.

Hi galmind thanks for getting back to me. Can you clarify this a bit more? The same person is logged in using multiple devices?

That's right. When an attendee signs in with a cell, tablet and/or laptop or desktop, we have difficulty excusing them. Our in-house policy is that our students attend ONLY via computer/laptop so we excused them if we see they are logging in on anything other than that. This seems to be when we have the problems described.
