ContinuingEdBLD It could be a failure of the cloud recording storage or conversion. I would host a test session now, broadcasting your webcams and desktop to see if the problem persists. You can also file a case with Customer Support to see if there's any chance of recovering the webcams by re-converting the original cloud file.

Yes, we were missing the webcams feed in the recording. We save the recording online and have it set to record webcams as well. It's strange as this has never happened before, and it always successfully records cameras. Could there be a setting somewhere else or some type of block on the computer itself? We use Windows 10
