How to include media sound in screen sharing with desktop-app?
Hi community,
after several trys I do not come to a solution how to include media sound while screen sharing to the audience. I am using the desktop-app on a Windows setup.
I know this article: https://support.goto.com/de/training/help/how-do-i-include-media-sound-during-a-session but it simple does not work this way. There is no option to "enable Include media sound (desktop app)" as it reads in the article.
I only have the option to share eather my desktop or a specific window - no checkbox or anything to enable media sound inclusion.
During one of my countless trys although I got the caption "include media sound during a session" written next to one of my selectable chrome tabs (youtube tab). I clicked that, but it did not work.
Any ideas?

Hi mindsquare,
I reviewed your account and see you have licenses for GoTo Meeting and GoTo Webinar, so I will move this post.
Your account has the new GoTo App enabled, so when you click on Share Screen it should look like this:
Can you provide some more hardware details about your Windows PC? Can you try hosting a GoTo Meeting from a different Windows PC to see if the option is visible?
